Satan’s 666 FZ1 shock adaptor

I’ve bought a used adaptor and 07 R1 shock off of FZ10 USA forum. Arrived last week, fitted up in about 10 minutes . Took it for a test ride today, it’s taller at the rear, about 3/4” more better ride quality. I’m riding at Donington tomorrow, shame it probably gonna be damp.

This is a mod I really wanna do but then adaptors aren't easy to get hold of this side of the pond ?

I've got one with an 05 shock- suits my weight better than 07 onwards. I bought mine directly from Richard and I think it's a Mk4, afaik, it cost about £70 and somehow evaded import duty. I got a used side stand off ebay & had it lengthened by about 18mm by a local engineer. You're right about the ride height but it doesn't seem to make the "turn in" too quick.
