after wanting a Fazer for so many years but never finding the right bike at the right price , i finally found one in may last year .I loved the 250 mile ride home but after owning a bit longer i dont really like the bike , the seat is a pain when out a good ride , theres a shudder at times when decelerating or light braking and the i hate the clutch on the bike , i cant afford to change it as i spent my savings buying it and on top of that it dropped it at very slow speed when i hit a diesel spill and took a chunk out the fairing , sorry all you fazer lovers but it just not the bike for me :'(
Seat can be easily sorted. just search on here.
Shudder when decelerating or light braking, where from? Could be just a loose engine mount, head bearings might need a little adjustment, warped disc etc. All fairly easy to check one at a time and eliminate and not cost a lot to sort out.
Whats wrong with the clutch, does it just need adjustment?
Most of your problems are relatively small and a lot of people on here have had similar problems and far worse, if you sell the bike as is you will get a lot less for it, sort the clutch and shudder and sell it at a decent price and then go through all it again with another bike that you might find a disappointment as well, that's why people mod their bikes to suit their personal likes/dislikes.
Could try to swap on a local FB group or something
If it was me i would hold on to and try to sort out, as pointed out its quite minor stuff. Had my Fazer 4 years and had many a happy mile, not sure what bike would perform better.
