Rear brake has got Sumitomo pads in it. They have quite a bit of wear left in them but I've never heard of them before so am tempted to change them anyway. Has anyone else ever heard of Sumitomo and have any opinions on them?

We have a back brake ? :-)

Sorry only joking as I never use mine.

Sumitomo
I have used Sumitomo pads in cars (Toyota) but not bikes and they are fine.
As for stopping power its hard to say without testing or a large amount of feedback.
As its a back brake I dont think you could go wrong, you dont need masses of stopping power to lock the rear wheel

They make the pads for Toyota
