How to be sure, that will suit my FZ1 with, some minor mods? How to be sure, that will be good but not worse than not modded?

with the greatest of respect you sound like a drunken leprechaun. I had a heavily modded fz1 (pipe and decat, ivans fce, air box mod and secondary butterflies removed)that bsd remapped the ecu on after the mods. It was pukka, suited the mods perfectly. I hope that helps

I have almost the same mods, aftermarket end can, decat, removed secondary flies, pipercross air filter. But i think you have to remap after those mods, than put already modded ECU,
