fzs 600 compared to fz6 s2 abs
#1
Ok talk to me people how is fzs 600 compared to fz6 s2 abs version?

How the engine, gears and brakes compare? Any difference in the steering?

How about weight which one feels lighter and more sharp when handling in bends and commuting/filtering, that is my main question?

Every review i've read, the FZS gets the vote.

thank you darrsi

form collected information so far:

on the plus side for FZ6 S2 so far

- has ABS

minuses:

- FZ6 S2 has only one of the two front bulb headlights working on dipped beam? I may be wrong but I like my FZS 2 bulbs lights on configuration.
- Seat is not so comfty for FZ6 S2, exhaust heat also?
- suspension not sure which one is better do not care anyway that can be upgraded
- brakes even S2 still not so good if you do not trigger ABS.
- engine some drop in powerband around 6k not so smooth as carbed FZS

I may be completely wrong here really would like somebody that has both to comment?

I replied on your fz6 topic val to get the ball rolling.

My old man had an fzs from 98 to 2004 and then he has had a series 1 fz6 ever since....never rode his fz6 but had a few decent runs with him on both my fzs and my fz1
