error msg 51 and top three bars on temp gauge flashing aswell as immobiliser icon checked wires etc for stripped insulation checked fuses still had error msg turned ignition on while waggling key hey presto fired up but still don't know what caused error msg has anyone got any ideas thanks

According to the Haynes Manual, Fault Code 51 is for the radiator cooling fan relay.

There's a series of checks, but too many to type out here!

update on 51 error code it did it again a week later in exactly same place just wandering if there is something nearby interfering with transponder signal
