£29.99 to extend my iphone 5s warranty for a second year.
Worth it ?

It's had no issues in year 1 by the way.

most likely thing to go wrong with the phone is a problem with the screen and these are only about £25 now and quite easy to replace, so not worth it in my opinion as its only a warranty and not insurance so would cover any accidental damage.
