Wanted rear brake pad shims

Just reading my Haynes manual with regards to my rear calliper and it shows shims on the back of the pads, these were not present when I took the pads off.  Does anyone have a "spare" set  I could have?

Hi backing plate is only there to stop it rattling...new pads will have plates

I also have one missing and the new pads I bought last month didn't come with shims and aj Sutton don't seem to list them either. Oh and no sorry I don't have any.
