Spark plug change
#1
Is there a how-to anywhere for this?

Failing that does anyone have  preference; from above (airbox off) vs. from the side (drop the rad. etc.)
Just think how stupid the "average" person is.  Isn't it a worry that statistically approximately 50% of the population are thicker!

theres a bloke on youtube who has a video on changing the plugs in a FZ6 its in 6 parts takes longer to watch than it does to change the plugs, just done mine, I took the radiator of as I was renewing the coolant, there's two bolts holding the rad on 3 if you remove the bracket, 4 holding the fan to the radiator (couldn't find where connector was), I was repainting the rad and front of engine while on with it, you need the box spanner that comes with the bike to reach the plugs, and I had to move the throttle cable to get to number 1? Left hand side as sat on bike, slacken the lock nut on it and the bracket is slotted so it slides out.
I put all the bolts into thier own yogurt pot and wrote where it went as I tend to forget after a few days now?
make sure the numbers on the leads are ok and thats about it, if you have an airline blow the plugs after taking the caps off incase any dirt or water has got in, non in mine.

Watched it.... I was suicidal by the end of it!

Does it also mean taking off the fairing?

No need to take the fairing off (unless you have fairing lowers then they will have to be removed) but as has been said, you will need to drop the rad.
I could change my opinion, but then we'd both be wrong.
