Got a bit bored and decided to do the 1/5th turn throttle mod as I've done to ta few of my bikes in the past. Some just buy an R6 throttle tube, but they're 20 odd quid, and I'm a tight arse! :lol
All I used was a piece of 35mm plasic plumbing pipe, cut an 8mm wide section off it, and glued/pinned it on to t throttle tube. It's really easy.
I took a load of pictures whilst I was doing it, but for some reason I can't upload them from my PC. :wall
I posted exactly the same thing on the Tiger forum about 2 years ago when I did it to my last bike, so I'll just put the link on here if anyone's interested in doing it.

The only difference is that the throttle housing on the FZ1 has some small lugs inside that need filing down slightly, an the cable ends on mine needed chamfering slightly.
It took me about 1 1/2 hours (had my dinner whilst the glue dried) and now the throttle is 1/5 turn instead of 1/4 turn. :thumbup
