Saturday is good for me, but only if you can come to my place in Luton. My wife is on call, and if she had to go out I will be in charge of the kids, so can't travel anywhere.
They'll be space on the drive and a well stocked tool kit, including a 25cm No2 screwdriver.
Let me know if you're OK with this and I can PM my address and phone number.
That's good for me and tbh the earlier the better as I have loads to sort on the barge, please pm me when you can
Some say...
Big thanks to Farjo for the loan of the Carbtune gauges, and also to Punkstig for collecting them and bringing them over.
The job was unbelievable frustrating, going backwards and forwards with the adjusters, with the slightest tweak on one affecting the others too. It took us a good couple of hours to do both bikes, not including the extra time needed for some electrical problems on stigs bike.
For me, the difference is huge. The engine feels super smooth, from 2K up. I can cruise at 3-4K and it feels like I'm coasting with the engine off. Even the rough spot around the 6K mark is less harsh than before.
I've taken a few notes and pictures, which I'll post up on another thread, as a useful guide for others.
