I am also looking for a rad cover (stainless) for my FZs 600 that doesn't look tacky/cheap!
I  previously bought the Motad stainless downpipes-good value & fit (£149) collected from their premises in Walsall. Used Yamaha exhaust gaskets with them as the ones they supplied didn't seal as well as the OEM version.
Luggage wise are you looking  to go hard (Givi boxes) or soft (panniers/tankbag)?
