The best £150 I think I've ever spent on my bike!  What a FAB noise, sorry neighbours.  :evil

It wouldn't be fun if it was easy, I just wish it wasn't this much fun.

I had a Blueflame on my Gen 1 and it was the first thin I bought when I got my 600. Careful though....the baffle tends to 'fall out' Big Grin

Why do you think I sold it to him and kept my old (slightly toasted) Beowulf can? Tongue

Granted, the poor lad had just come from the stock exhaust... and we all know what that's like. I saw my instructor a few weeks after I passed my test and his comment was that the sound was "like a fart in the wind" Tongue

Does yours spit fire on the overrun? Anyway, I reckon the blueflame complemented my bike better than a Delky would.

I still win. Pussy.  Wink

He had been banging on for weeks about how loud his blue flame was and he'd prove it at the meet, he even went to the trouble of buying circlip pliers to remove the baffles. He fired it up after many attempts, them black ens arnt the best of starters you know  Wink :lol , anyway I fired mine up with the delkevic 350mm oval and totally drowned out all presence of his china black fazer  :rollin :rollin :rollin , poor lad was gutted  :rollin :rollin :rollin

This had me in stitches when I read it last night.

I did seriously consider a Delkevic but people on this forum said that both gave a good sound and I punted for the Blueflame in the end.

PS, mine will be a little louder than normal because it's on a RED Fazer, and we all know red is faster, and louder!  :b

To be fair, you do have a different Blueflame can than the one Christo had, so you are safe from any ridicule and it is likely a good volume Smile I think the situation was mostly amusing because of Christo's "enthusiasm" Tongue

I was wondering how Christo knew it spits fire on the overrun, could the be the cause of his accident/s, looking at the back of the exhaust for flames rather than looking forward for things like corners, cars etc etc???  :lol

That is actually how he crashed on one of them... on a straight road... in to a grass ditch... I nearly died laughing and that was the same day I came off

I still remember that evening perfectly - sat in the garden with Exupnut enjoying beer and pizza talking to Christo on the phone on loudspeaker

I have it on good authority from Fireblake.

I already told you, there was a bend in the road, shit road surface, and I was being pushed in to the verge by the SR!

Do you already have a link pipe for it? If its coming with one, it will be a difficult fit (if at all) as the pipes are different for both the 600 and 1000 machines
