Hiya, what bbcode do we use for strikethrough? I haven't checked the website but [ s ]"text"[ / s ] isn't showing up on tapatalk
Is there anywhere to view a list of active tags?
Cheers

It's not s, it's strike inside the bb brackets.
I've never tried it on this forum though, but that's the standard method. [strike]test[/strike]
Which....doesn't work either. :lol
I was only going by the Wikipedia page, it's all new to me anyway

I'll post a list of the ones for this site tonight for anyone who is interested (including smiley bb code).
Cheers, does tapatalk use different codes to the desktop site? Some of the smileys don't show up is all

Aye, tapatalk has some standard smileys (for example, colon then close bracket is a happy face), but this forum has some of its own which tapatalk doesn't "understand" (for example colon then "lol" is a laughing smiley).
Can you add bbcodes to the the tapatalk version of the forum or is it standardised to speed things up?

That's the whole point of tapatalk I'm afraid. Tapatalk is just a standardised way of interpreting the forum database, which is supposed to make browsing across various different forum software's and site standardised viewing, giving them all the same clean stripped back look.
Unfortunately, this means stripping out a lot of useful things like bb code etc, so the only way to insert it is manually.
We have no control over this part on tapatalk either, so it's nothing we can alter.
Oh right, thanks for that. I wasn't complaining either just interested in it. Does tapatalk have a list of bbcode that it uses? Some of the ones I've used are working, it'd be interesting to know what's possible

Try turning tapatalk off and using the forum's default mobile theme and let me know what you think of it in comparison.
Haha!
I was wondering how long it would take you to find this thread and denounce tapatalk :lol
I didn't realise there was a mobile version of the site...

Well that makes my tapatalk app redundant. Is there any way to switch to white text on a black background?
