Just thought I'd say hello.
Been a Fireblade rider for the last decade or so but as I'm approaching 50 I thought it's time to hang up the racing leathers and get something a bit more sensible. After the best part of 6 months I decided to go for a Kawasaki Z1000 and I was on the threshold of getting one till I stumbled across the 150bhp 06 naked FZ1.

Christ almighty, what a bike!

Anyway... It took me nearly 3yrs to turn my last Fireblade into a real head turner,
I'm intending to do exactly the same to this FZ1... only better.

Look forward to chatting and possibly meeting up at some point next year when the weather improves.

Thanks folks, yes no doubt I'll join in for a LoFo meet.
It's off the road till April as I use a CB1000 for everyday use, the FZ1 is my Sunday best bike and intend to keep it looking mint or improve it.
