Does this apply to bikes as well, even though you don't have a bike now :pokefun . Only thinking like. I had to do a seperate car and trailer test in 2001, B+E, but im led to believe that they've changed it again since then so that people can drive with a trailer up to a certain size, i havent actually bothered looking it up though. The silly thing is though that its actually more tricky with a small trailer.
Easiest way to go fast........don't buy a blue bike

One, is never going to be enough.....
Quote:Does that mean you are burning that amobination of a trailer??
No, it means he can now legally sit in the trailer and drive the bike from the back :lol
I will be allowed to tow trailers >1 metric ton on my current license when I get it back from DVLA.

I think you mean < 1 Just to be pedantic
The 1 is on the larger side of the equality sign which means it is the larger of the two values - the other value being the weight of the trailer. Therefore 1 ton is greater than the weight of the trailer

I know what I meant, and I know what I wrote.
I also know I wrote that on my phone, and suspect I am still a bit shitfaced. Looking back, 4 (LARGE) shots of Sambuca at 5am wasn't such a great idea...

No, you're not trying hard enough. If you really want to be pedantic, you'd have said:
I think you mean < 1 metric tonne.
Keep practicing :lol

When metric, it's a TON:

I think you need to read your own reference again
To be clear Cristo, you can tow a trailer up to 1750Kg as long as the car doing the towing is heavier than the trailer and the total of the two is less than 3500Kg (assuming you got an English licence)
Lots of people get confused over the B+E bit. With B+E you can go up to 3500 on the car/van and then add the trailer but with the B part only its the weights above though until recently it was 3500 for the car and another 750Kg for the trailer.
Another ex-Fazer rider that is a foccer again
Well done Christo. HGV license next. Fill that license up with skillz :-)
You took your driving test because you're going to the USA ?
Opinions are like A**holes, Everyone has one. Some people seem to have more than one though which is a bit odd.

The way they build those Volvos, I'm not so sure! Best thing I've ever seen was a competition at a rally where you had to cut up a Volvo and post it bit by bit through a letterbox :lol
Oh God, Christo in a Volvo :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :groan
