Very sad news indeed.. RIP Kevin

Makes me think though.. With BMW, in South Africa... possibly the new GS?

Lord,
Grant me the WD-40 to move those things that are stuck, the Duck tape to fasten those things that are loose, And the wisdom to know the difference.

Thats sad news.

If I wanted to find a review for a bike those on his website seemed well written and informative.
I read on MCN that he was a founder member of Fast Bikes.

Totally gutted. I loved his comments and reviews in MCN. A billiant journo and will be sorely missed.

All the best to his family

tragic, very sad news. A regular MCN and  Bike mag contributor and columnist. He will be missed.

Thing is it can happen to anyone, anytime at a micro seconds notice. We should not place any blame at all on him by inferring he was " pissing about" ...FFS we know nothing !

IMHO he was the best journo - made all the tech stuff easy to follow, and just told it straight, no messing.
Will miss reading his articles.

Very sad.

I guarantee some journo nob will write an obit saying 'he died doing something he loved'  - what crashing and screaming?

Think you mis-read or mis-interpreted Steeeve666's comment.

It is a sad loss indeed, is there any more about the incident yet?
