I have signed up for a charity ride around London and covers 100km's, this starts in the dark and ends in the morning.
Difference being the engine is me but is still on 2 wheels, my mountain bike and will be with about 2000 others doing the same starting at different times and places.
I am doing all this for The Bike Experience, the charity that I am a helper with and the one where we help disabled riders get back in the saddle and ride motorbikes again.

I would appreciate any donations to the charity and towards my stupidity, those that know me will understand this is outside of my comfort zone, that zone is normally the sofa :rolleyes
