Think it's OK to put stickers on helmets now?
At one point years ago I thought it was not a good idea as it weakened polycarbonate helmets but I've seen some hi viz stickers from Respro...
Thinking of the dark nights ahead
All helmets are guaranteed to save your life, if it doesn't take it back for a full refund.
Yeah, the last 2 days on the A2 with 100M viz in the fog,,, and the clocks go back at the weekend.
Not good
When I was cycling to work every day some years back I used the flashing LED lamps I had one on my rucksack, I have wondered how i would stand legally if I had a flashing LED on my rucksack while i was on my motorbike.

I wear one on my backpack on my bike but I also put a spare hi viz around my rucksak putting the straps through the arm holes and fasten it on the side next to my back
(had to be carefull how I wrote arm holes and avoided putting back side in this post !!! lol) :rollin
It ain't what you ride, it's who you ride with!!!
No legal issues with flashing lights on yer person - attached to the bike may be different.
I have these
Except my helmet is red and YES, they glow in the dark.

That looks amazing. Where do I find something like that, or did you make it yourself from standard black reflector tape? Really cool.
Quote from Respro:
The reflective stickers in this range are on an A4 sheet of Scotchlite material and on 'Day Glo' material. Ideal for cycle and motorcycle surfaces and any other solid surface that needs visibility. We cannot recommend the use of sticker kits for application to helmets as there is no EU law governing this and the adhesives on the vinyls have not been tested. That doesn't mean to say that you cannot use them on helmets as the manufacturers specification sheets say they are usable on fibreglass. Work that one out if you can!!
Guess that answers that then!

Stickers section. I got mine on some discount price last year. They're too much (5 euros) now?!?

Thanks very much, 5 quid is a bit dear for a tiny sticker, but they do look cool.
Recently I bought a Roof Boxer, it came with half a dozen reflective stickers, I think they're mandatory in France. Just looked like normal stickers so must be ok, on fibreglass at least............
