When I bought my flat (prior to getting my current house) the Freeholder said that if I wanted to keep my bicycle in the shed at the bottom of the garden he was going to charge me £10 a month rental.
So I looked at the leasehold deeds and responded that they said that they gave me a half-share in the shed and unless he had anything to prove otherwise, I was going to put it in there and not pay for the privilege. Never heard another peep out of the bloody chancer!

Very disappointed over the weekend as there were no visits from the GM, perhaps there was a charabang outing to Southend for them to collect their protection money.
I will be very annoyed if they start on the builders again today though as they have had all weekend to approach me and I have been very visible doing stuff in the garden and round the house. I won't be so sympathetic this time and may have to send the boys round - a quick divvie up of £50 round the working mens club should recruit some muscle and arthritis to set on the GM. It could be Benidorm scooters and walking sticks at dawn.

we`ve had same for yrs comin on 9yr an we are still the new lot
3 of my kids born here we even had a petition to get us out because i dared to have 2 cars and a motorbike we were classed by oldies as anti social no point even entertaining the bullshit different when they bump into your car in their`s or bump your fence,gate and car in their gimp chairs not because their disabled mind but cause they are to fat and lazy to walk and all their friends have them lol should actually make the old kents get them road legal with insurance the lot,bet most of them would disapear rant over enjoy your garage they will all be dead soon :evil :evil :evil :evil :evil

it was only the real old ones and their kids that signed about 7 houses they had their grown up kids sign it who didnt even stay at their property`s was a joke really the oldies just hate change fubar them :rolleyes :rolleyes :rolleyes :rolleyes |
