Remus exhaust, does this require a bike retune?
#1
I have recently bought a Fazer 600 s 2004 model, great bike. It came fitted a Remus exhaust, however when riding at low revs i have noticed a "spluttering" "jerking" feeling in the throttle. I still have the original and am massively considering putting it back on as 1- its loud as F*@k and 2- its becoming an irritant when trying to accelerate and just getting a "choking" feeling from the bike.
Has anybody fitted one of these before? did you have the bike retuned after?
Thanks to any help.

If you're in a warmer climate, make sure your air filter is okay 'cos if it hasn't been changed for a long time that could cause 'choking' as well.
More people are born because of alcohol than will ever die from it.

got a lovely pair of remus revolutions on me vara. no tuning needed there as the `brain` deals with all the pressure flow etc. dont know what the score would be on ya fazer. like clive said, i had to re-jet and this has a `fuel` ( no db killer ) end can. good luck. hey remember.......loud cans save lives........and gets ya a nice collection of tickets !! :lol :lol :lol :lolĀ  love mine.....loud as sh&t !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sweet music.
