Hi all, found this place as ive just bought an fsz600 98.

im a big yam fan, owning a:

divvy6s in the past - 7000 miles in 3 months, sold on for a proffit.
thundercat6 - 30k in one year - got hit by a lorry, but proffitted on the insurance Big Grin

and now got this fzs600, found in the local papers by the missus (who also found my thundercat!)

its a 98 model in red, completeley stock, 1 lady owner and just 7k miles on the clock.

never taken out in the rain, so as you would expect, its pretty mint, and im gonna be wrapping in in satingrey (which matches my cars) this weekend to keep the pain mint Big Grin

So HI!!!!!!

7k miles in 14years=500miles per annum-its scarcely run in! Prob a good idea to do an oil+filter change if hasnt been done recently due to deterioration of oil if stood for a few winters. Sounds like a good un! Smile

thanks man

its just been serviced and had the carbs re-built, so it should be ok, but i'll redo the oil in 500 miles or so, aka, in a week Big Grin

road it today after picking it up.

first impressions? its in decent nick, and the brakes are well better than the bluespots on my cat. but, im not a massive fan of the riding position at all. gonna play with the bar angles, and see how i get on thenĀ  :\
