Few extras like double bubble screen, new avon storm 2 tyres, rear hugger, exhaust.

Bad points are needs a new rear disc, and an exhaust header bolt has snapped.

Very nice - the definitive UJM, IMO.
Where's the top fairing 'Fazer' logo? Some tyre-kicker will suggest it's either been down the road or repaired.

Decent late Foxeyes still command £2000-2200, depends how urgent you need to shift her. Should probably go quickly enough for £1750, although the recent seller's market may have deteriorated further....

Has it been repaired?

Stickers have simply been removed.

May be worth replacing  them to sell it as shown here the automatic reaction is 'has it been down the road'.

Really nice looking bike and low milage ones are getting harder to find.
Deefer may do the stickers if you want them.

I bought exact same bike exact same yr, with 13k on and paid £2400, which included the garage fitting 33bhp restricters - bike completely standard. That was in summer though and bikes probably go for slightly more when the sun is out!!

I think you'd get 1800-2000 for it from the right buyer, esp if you get a sticker set on there.
