Yamaha Frame Sliders

Be careful about other styles that bolt directly to the frame instead of having a "break-away" bracket on them, because they can transmit the shock of a fall directly into the frame and could crack it!

R&G front spindle and frame crash bungs, and "ebay special" rear spindle bungs.

Always go for a 3 point mounting like this https://sw-motech.com/en/products/protection/crash+bar/4052572011720.htm they may not look as neat as a crash mushroom, but as mentioned they won't rip/tear, fracture and/or and I've seen this many times, bent into the engine casing, writing them off.

Just got R&G sliders and bar ends on mine. Even tested them out, check it out here: https://www.instagram.com/p/BuHQ8CUne5f/
Between them and top box, it all held up well. Tiny scrape to engine cover, bust peg and bottom of side stand ground down a spot. Either way, they did their job and saved a lot worse damage.
