I put a see through type fuel filter on my fazer, I can see the petrol squirting in but it's only half filled the filter, should it be full up

or is it a lazy fuel pump ??

just a little air locked nothing to worry about as long as everything is running fine
any fuel leaving will be getting replaced by the pumps negative pressure
some jiggery pokery with the hoses can get the air back up the line and back into the tank but it can be a ball ache

Afaik, this is normal, the filter will never be completely full, you can seel the fuel level in this shock from MikeFalcon -

Mine is never full. As long as the carbs are getting enough, its good enough.
