Parts list - pointer2null - 24-04-13 Does any have the (or link to) parts list for the Mk1 Fazer (I used to have a PDF, but can't find it now)? Re: Parts list - Ebme Geek - 24-04-13 I have used here : http://www.yamahamotorcyclespares.co.uk/spares/modelImage.asp?modelID=9654&m=YAMAHA FZS600 FAZER&uID=0 click on a part, and it gives the yamaha no under parts detail Re: Parts list - pointer2null - 24-04-13 I need more detail. I need the part numbers for the o-ring on the starter motor and the brushes + any other consumables Re: Parts list - Orangegrump - 24-04-13 Under downloads then manuals Then FZS600 Fazer http://foc-u.co.uk/index.php?action=downloads;sa=downfile&id=13 Re: Parts list - pointer2null - 24-04-13 thanks - that's the one. Re: Parts list - Ebme Geek - 25-04-13 When I did my starter recently, I got this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271162969101?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_572wt_1061 came with all bits needed, I did not use the rear bush as mine seemed fine, or the one in the nose as mine was a roller bearing and seemed fine. Cost me £32.93 at my door came pretty quick aswell. Check out the price of the yam gaskets 11H-818440000 wemoto £ 15.22 ex vat !!! each ?? Brush holder assy 3HE-818400000 £ 39-96 - " - other o-ring 3.49 Re: Parts list - pointer2null - 25-04-13 I've decided to get a second hand one from Fazer Spares (I only work about 3 miles from them). The ebay one is interesting though. Also interesting to note he accepts no returns - an illegal position. Re: Parts list - Ebme Geek - 25-04-13 Might be worth checking that the brushes are not sticking, one of mine was and I think a clean would have sorted it, but I had already got the kit :rolleyes Re: Parts list - pointer2null - 25-04-13 Problem is you need the o-ring and gasket if you take the motor out. If I had more time I would, but for simplicities sake I'll just replace it. I can look at repairing and selling the old motor if need be. |
