Soooooooooo pleased to report, Mike, stutter has....GONE!!
A big thankyou from me, Mike, and another thankyou to Luke for hosting this session.
I actually enjoyed the heavy traffic through Bath on the way home, as there was no snatchiness, just smooth response everywhere. Can now use the gears freely in town, and as for the open road - b****r me! Lets just say the A4 unwound like a movie on fast forward, and thank God there are no speed cameras there anymore!

Anyone got a set of 2003 R1 front forks?........ :lol

Rik, it's a Scorpion "Red power" in carbon, baffle removed. Has a nice deep burble at low revs, so doesn't upset the neighbours too much, but when the bike comes on cam, it wails man! Personally, I'd prefer it to have a shorter link pipe, but I don't think I can just cut it down as it flares ever so slightly to accept the can, and it may also end up at the wrong angle when all clamped up. Haven't had it dyno'd, probably won't as I'm just happy with the results, and need to spend on other things!

This is the best photo I've got of it at the mo...

Yeah, I like that can Rik, looks similar to the SP Engineering one Exupnut's got on his. I didn't go for a shorty cos I thought it'd be too loud, but I might change my mind  :rolleyes  If I do, I'll have 3 spares sat in the garage!  :rolleyes :rolleyes

Cheers Luke
Does that seem a bit cheap to you? (Sorry, got a suspicious mind when it comes to Ebay and not seeing things in the flesh).
In other words, d'you reckon they'd be worth the risk?

P.S. I am soooo tempted!
