you can but why would you want to ?
If its a gen 2 not much difference but on a gen 1 it is a big performance change
if you want all balls out performance than yes a high top end is possible but at a cost to low end and mid range
 and ££££££ on a dyno

Gen 2, just swap the end can and it'll improve all round. Gen 1, don't do it, you'll lose that wonderful bottom end torque!
