suspension set up

can anyone recomend anywhere to help set up my suspension to suit my weight etc,, to set the sag etc...... im in the scottish borders so somewhere in this area pref! and what has anyone else done to set thier bike up to suit themselves???

What changes have you made to the suspension and what weight are you (I know its a personal question)  :eek
Mine is standard Rear and forks have Hagon Progressive springs and 7.5w oil. I weigh just over 13stone which is around 85KG.
If yours is similiar I can give you the settings I used to get it to handle almost as good as my 600.  :)  Or if it like the one below I can give you thoses settings when I have it sorted
I will be setting up a Fazer 1000 next week which has ohlins rear and the forks have linear springs with 10w oil and the owner is around 95kg.
