Brake pedal adjustment.
« on: 11 August 2013, 10:07:18 pm »

Can anyone tell me how easy it is to adjust the brake pedal down a bit,
i did my clutch easy enough but because my bikes in the garage i can't entirely see what type of mechanism the brake has
is it a 2 minute job?
I have to hold my foot off to the side of the peg & it scrapes on the road and putting my toes on the peg away from the lever doesnt feel natural.

cheers

A piece of piss.

You will need a size 10 spanner, a size 12 spanner, and a doodah for doing the light switch (17 size spanner, maybe?). Same as the gearshift link bar, only vertical.

Don't forget to adjust the light switch when you're done though!!
