The TNT 'invoice' doesn't arrive with the goods. They tend to send it on a week or so later. Keep the wrapper that came with the goods as proof of the declared value.
Then if they do send an invoice send them an email as per my example above.
Don't let the bastards get away with it. Happy to provide further advice if required  ;)

Fizzy i havent fitted mine yet because im waiting on my Renthals to arrive today, then ill crack on.
