Rear lower number plate bracket

What is the name of the wrap around number plate bracket that goes from wheel nut to wheel nut at 90 degrees to the rear wheel, so the number plate can be fitted low level?

And who sells them?

Something along these lines you mean?http://i1027.photobucket.com/albums/y333/Olcoop/5efef19e.jpg
I know that I found a french site that had something like it for the FZ1, but I can't find it :rolleyes ... I think they're called pas de roue or something in french.

I think BMW has them on some of their enduros, maybe one of those can be modified to fit.
