A little advice please.
I have a 2009 model FZ1N and have bought a spotless Micron carbon can for it for a lot less than a new branded one. Looking at the exhaust as is I have noticed a 'unit' on the pipe 6 inches or so from the back of the standard can; (hides face in shame) is this the exup valve and if not what is it??!
There are 2 narrow pipes coming from it heading north and towards the engine.
How do I go about fitting the 'new' can (which was from a FZ1)? Thanks for any advice and education you can give me!
** Well not one person seems to know; are the 35 who read this message all running standard cans??! FYI it does appear to be the EXUP valve according to a mechanic I spoke to.
