I sent it to 'Triple S Powder Coating', they're not the cheapest but they do great work, I have had my forks and swingarm done there too.
It cost £19+vat for the stand plus delivery which was around £10 each way.
The springs and rubber are my old ones, the springs I gave to someone to clean up, he shot blasted them and flash coated them(not sure how that's done).
