Hard to tell from the angle photos taken from, but yes, once you start to get that "shark's fin" look, it's time to change. Does appear to still have good "flats" on the tooth tips, so not the worst I have seen. Have seen bikes with virtually no teeth left at all, just little bumps - honestly, you wonder sometimes!! Also, people get lazy and just check the rear - "oh that's ok then". Of course, the front wears much more quickly.
