I see what you mean Fras. I've just been and had a look at mine and both my blobs are missing and the left hand peg is a little scrapped and that's in its standard form. So as you say, spririted riding when lowered may be a bit dodgy.  Maybe it will be best to go down the lower seat avenue. Well spotted....

Thanks for the Photos Mark, that does make quite a difference doesn't it when you sit on your lowered seat. Shall I message you my details so I can try your seat and we can do deal if all's ok?

Ill hang on to the doglegs for now until you see how the seat makes it feel.


Less ground clearance on a fazer isnt the best idea unless for commuting or toodling around me thinks.


Still a good thread for the pros and cons of dogleg changes 8)
