SW Motech or GIVI Rack

Been looking for a rear rack for my Gen 2 for a while but which one to buy.....any comments??
SW Motech seems a clearer install. Does the GIVI still require cutting of the undertray?

You need to go for the one you like best...
 
As any owners are going recommend the rack they have.....

(I.E I like the givi rack best myself so I bought that one,,
As I was very disappointed with the SW Motech topcase rack and panniers rack I bought for my gen1)
