Send them back and get a refund. If they're sold as waterproof and they're not they're not fit for purpose.

You're having to replace your fingers ? Wow! Bit drastic.

I wear rukka gloves, despite how expensive and waterproof gloves claim to be you can't beat a set of decent muffs (Tucano Urbano) to completely stop wet fingers/ arms.
Without them if you wear gloves under sleeves water gets forced up the sleeves on the motorway giving you wet forearms and if you wear gloves over sleeves water will probably run down the sleeves into the gloves!

I use these:

Takes a bit of getting used to but wet as you like hands remain dry.

I tried the over gloves and overboots but didn't like the way it felt.
The over boots were ok but flapped around and soon melted on the exhaust even though it didn't touch it directly other than flapping against it.
I have the dl 650 hand guards right now, keeps a fair bit of weather off but in winter I swap to Oxford drybone muffs with a metal trim I made up to stop them folding in at 100+
Never have wet or cold hands with those and used summer gloves right up till we hit the big - temps.

Have a look at the Ixon range - I bought a pair of Ixon gloves for early-morning cold weather, and never get a problem with cold fingers. Only cost £25 to boot.
When this pair are worn out, they'll be replaced with another pair of Ixons.
