« on: 11 May 2013, 10:51:43 pm »
Black FZS600 1999
72k
12mths MOT
12mths tax

Good bits

Bombproof engine
Gearbox perfect
Brakes still sharp
Heated grips
fuel can
Motad exhaust system
Scottoiler

Bad bits

badly pitted forks
3 out of 8 exhaust studs snapped
Numerous marks and scuffs
Tatty engine paint, badly flaking
rear suspension shagged (although replacement shock on order)

So, what's it worth then folks? :))

When you say "fuel can" is that instead of the tank, or the exhaust?  :lol

Make it the nice and spicy ones and you've got a deal!

It would be a shame pulling apart a perfectly working bike but do you reckon id get more for it that way?

Not sure I can be arsed

Do you reckon 700 sounds reasonable?

If you have the time, effort and space, break it?

I paid £760 for mine

Yours has better mods and is lower mileage, BUT it has the snapped exhaust studs - depends on how bad these are as to how much it will affect price. If you get the right buyer, I reckon you could get 700 easily, possibly more :)

Ya know what, I don't have the time or space to break it so I'll have to sell it.

Think I'll start it low on Ebay and see what happens.

Thanks everyone
