has the proposed m74 through glasgow been completed? its unfinished on google street. i'm heading for the a82 loch lomond road at some point in the summer.

Has been finished for a while and its still in great nick after last years heavy winter. Not so bad this year but be warned, its rozzer heavy, especially in the 50 zones. Be especially aware when heading from glasgow back south that theres a particular downhill section between the m8 turn off and rutherglen/cambuslang that is a 50 limit downhill till it levels off and rises up again as it bends left going under a bridge. The polis sit just behind the apex of the bend in a blind spot right after the bridge  Its particularly troublesome because even coasting takes you over 50. In  a car at least.
