Theres me hanging around all day in my local car park thinking that F&F 6 would go with "straight to car boot" format ;)

Rear caliper seals turned up so spent the day sorting it out, cleaning it up and bleeding the system with my new braided lines. Then turned my attention to the front and got them sorted as well - could probably do with new seals at the front as well, but its expensive and its not in dire need as all the pistons move (1 was stubborn, but out of 8 that's not bad :P)

So yay for new brakes, did a little bit of a test and all feels good, shall know more when I go out for a decent ride :D

More like a snail!  :'(

The red VFR belongs to a Uni friend of mine. He's also on a restricted 33 brake license, but his retrictor is on the throttle, he can barely twist it - horrible to ride!! The Fazer runs rings round him. Literally - it's faster (on 33bhp at least  :b ) and handles better!!

Did a Slow Riding/ Machine Control course with the Solent Advanced Motorcyclists this morning, then went to Russ' Tyres in Horndean to get a new front in the afternoon, followed by 100 miles or so of fun whilst scrubbing it in :)

Cleaned it before going for one last blast on my favourite local roads before part chopping it on Monday, after nearly nine years the Fazer still manages to put a real 'ear to ear' grin on my face  :D , but I just fancy a change  ;)

Just arrived back from the Anglesey Circuit on the Fazer, 180 miles, great weather. Classic Racing Motorcycle Club meeting, great racing, good to see the old machines performing well.
Received my first Foccer salute at 10am near Bethesda. I wasn't quick enough to respond so apologies to you. It was much appreciated.

Rode it up to Box Hill again, this time with a couple of guys from the Solent Advanced Motorcyclists.

Arrived back at Loomies after a great final blast along the A272 with a huge grin on my face! :D

Fitted new piston seals to my rear caliper and a refurb kit to my rear master cylinder. Fitted new braided lines and hh pads  front and back and bled all round. Stops now, yay.

Went out past Pateley Bridge and Greenhow. Stunning roads, stunning countryside. Before I knew it, I'd done 75 miles.  :)

Left Wrexham at 9-30am in the drizzle, direction Whitchurch- Newport-Wolverhampton. Spent a couple of hours at Penn visiting friends, then return same route, 117 miles in total. Very strong, gusting side winds on the way back, but dry. hanging on to the bars at times.

Prepped my Gen1 for a 4 day trip to Germany starting tomorrow with some friends, meeting about 70 german bikers at a Biker Hotel in Lauenfoerde.
