Show us ya toys
« on: 22 October 2011, 10:27:47 pm »
Just curious to see what toys people have got stashed away in their garages/hangars/moorings. Not the usual stuff, but those totally impractical money-pits that consume all our spare time :rollin

To start the ball rolling...

Started out as a standard xs650, its a bit further towards completion now.

So, whos next?

Here's my totally impractical money pit. She's called daughter  :lol

Some say that he eats habanero chilli peppers dipped in oil of capsaicin for extra bite and that his pyjamas are made from Nomex. All we know is, he's called Ad the Bad

Not impractical.. I loved it and still miss it. But it was definately a money-pit that would consume it faster than a black hole.

Now my wife and daughter have taken over that mantle.

Some of those boaty piccies make my 10 knots maximum feel a little bit inadequate :lol

It's an old RLM 31 with a pair of 1.9 pug diesels in and fits the money pit description far too well.
It does know how to find beer though...
Save the planet...It's the only one with beer!
