Scots; Worth trying a Foc-US Festive Feast?
« on: 17 November 2012, 04:51:40 pm »
Well?
Last few attempts at getting us all together have proven, ehm, interesting to say the least.
So...

Been a couple of years since we had a Christmas Curry, how many would be interested in a wee night out mid December for some non festive, festive feasting?

Thinking avoid the traditional dessicated turkey, crunchy stuffing and soggy sprouts and go grab Indian/Chinese/Thai/Mexican.

If so, midweek or weekend?
15th & 22nd are Saturdays so folks can check diaries and the like.

If not I suspect it'll be a candle lit meal for two for me and Baloo.
:D

Think so buddy, but would depend on numbers and preferences.
:D

Crazy option is somewhere neutral like Stirling, cheap chain hotel room and make it an overnighter for everyone.

Well, he is a welder/fabricator. If you hear the sound of a two legged clydesdale you'll know who it is.

Calling all gatecrashers, tickets are £25, this includes food  :D . The problem for me is bedding you'se down as all the spare cottages have the new hotel chefs staying in them.
Would be brill if this could be done but completely your call as its never the best time to be spending extra cash, mini bus ? Guest house ?
