you SHOULD be alright,as long as you didnt cross a solid white line whilst overtaking the piss heads,iirc anything 30 mph plus over speed limit is your license gone but your a few mph below it,but you never know they might make an example of you ,as said.
about a year ago my brother got done for doing 130 in a 50 zone (dual carriageway )on his kawasaki 1400 cos a plain clothes rozzer shot up to his backside and rode a couple of feet away -he was only doing 50 at the time but accelerated away a bit to give him bit of space so rozzer closed the gap ,all the way to 140 !!
anyway he spent over a grand for top court person to represent him (to pleadsympathy to keep license )turned out he lost license for 3 months and got 900 pound fine
been cheaper going on his own !!
