oxford heated grips help

Hi all got some oxford heated grips off ebay 10 months ago they have been brill but one of the  heated grips has packed up  :'( now i see that they come with two year warranty there do I send them to I have looked all over on the net and can not find any where it was a privet seller selling them I can prove it bort them and when I bort them I do rem filling in the warranty card and sending it off if any one can give me a some help please dose any one know how long it will talke to get them fixed or replaced plaese thanks  :)

They're notoriously finnicky about this sort of thing. IF you sent of the warranty card WITHOUT proof of purchase, you would have received a rejection letter from Oxford, so I'm guessing you didn't actually send it off in the first place.


Luckily, replacements are available, so just drop them a line and get a price. You could get lucky with a warranty plea, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I know i did send it off anyway can any one tell me where i need to send them back to please and any one done the same sending them back .

Just email customerservices@oxprod.com and explain the problem. They will then explain what you need to do. If you're seeking a replacement under warranty, they'll probably email you a "Returns Number" and provide you with an address.
