does brake pads for 1000 fit 600 ?

bought some brake pads on ebay the other day for fazer 600 and only realised today that when i bought the bike -a couple of weeks ago , i was told it had the up -rated brakes of 1000 cc put on it (they are blue spot )
  too late to cancel the order - doh  :o  but does anyone know if it is true that blue discs (spot )are for the 1000 and if so would these pads fit the 600 calipers ?
....if not anyone want to buy some cheap pads  :'(

Same pads, same calipers.

Am I right in saying that the fronts are the same but the rears are different? (Slightly larger pad on the thou?)

I could be very wrong though...
