Did you know that we have talent in our midst? Rusty, for example, is a brilliant painter!! He's also good at painting vehicles too!
I do a bit of painting too, but at a very amateur level  :(  Mine is the still-life and the wonderful aircraft painting is Rusty's.
What hobbies do you have??

They are brilliant, really gifted. My other hobby is horses which work very well with bikes, as surprisingly many horsey people are also bikers!
Off to France tomorrow on the Fazer to go to a horse show at Angers, so I have the best of both worlds, amazing French roads and weather and catch up with my friends, hopefully learning a bit more French on the way 8)

I started Judo in summer to help develop my tackling technique and improve my fitness for rugby as I was thinking about playing for a team this season but I've ended up enjoying Judo so much I might not bother.

Haven't made an iPhone one yet - you need some sort of key and to make one of those it appears that you need a Mac, which I haven't got. Indeed I don't have a smart phone so I've no idea if any of them work or what they look like :lol It's definitely a work in progress :) The web version is here.

ps other than coding my hobby's running. I've finished 3 10ks this year and next weekend am in my first Great North Run.

Taxi driver to my 17 year old and 13 year old.
and also the wife when she goes out too.

Decorating is another thing Im told I enjoy (cos I always seem to be told to do it in one room or another)

proper hobbies are golf (regularly play about once every 2 years), fishing (been once in the last 3).

did all sorts of sports until the body decided it didnt want to any more (arthritis in ankles, knees, hips ans shoulder - backs gone too)

really enjoy the snowsports (skiing and boarding) but havent done that for a while either.

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - strawberries in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming - WOO HOO! What a Ride!"

Football, not very good at it though use it more for a run about, was playing 3-4 games of 5 a side a week. But sprained my ankle (according to the hospital, i think it was worse) out for 5 months  :'( . Playing again now and play 2-3 games a week.

I like running, but don't do enough of it, must try harder. Completed the half kilmathon in Edinburgh last year think it was 13.1km in an hour without any real training, do a local 6 mile run and that takes me about 48 mins, i think i should try work on my Personal best.

My HPS (High Performance Sidecar) outfit) is my hobby and more.  :D

However .. I'm a former Royal Navy regular and I still love to dabble in rope-work, splicing, etc and also leather-craft .. sail-makers type stuff.

I 'acquired' a small stock of soft upholstery real leather about 5 years ago and I'm gradually sowing my way through it .. small money bags and stuff.  Looking to do a few various sized tool rolls from an old pair of leather jeans over the winter months .. just to help keep things ship shape and tidy in the 'chair' boot like  :)  as you do.

DIY, and cycling.  The last year has been too skewed to DIY and I'm starting to change the balance.  I used to spend a lot of time tinkering with the Fazer - seems I like doing practical fettling things.

Used to do quit a bit of this sort of stuff as an artist.

and this

I also like painting birds of prey. You can give them so much charactor.

I won a sidecar grasstrack championship last year with my mate, and I prefered to do that than painting it. But now I'm retired from racing I might dabble in the art again.
