Football, not very good at it though use it more for a run about, was playing 3-4 games of 5 a side a week. But sprained my ankle (according to the hospital, i think it was worse) out for 5 months
. Playing again now and play 2-3 games a week.
I like running, but don't do enough of it, must try harder. Completed the half kilmathon in Edinburgh last year think it was 13.1km in an hour without any real training, do a local 6 mile run and that takes me about 48 mins, i think i should try work on my Personal best.
