Well done, I've been stopped almost 6 years now. I wonder why I ever smoked and can't stand the smell of it now, there's nothing worse than a ex smoker. lol.

Just for a laugh ...  :lol

I quit the **** sticks about 50 years ago .. maybe 51 I can't quite remember the exact date now  :\  .. I also stopped having sugar in my coffee and tea on the same day.

Now then .. if I still had just half the money I've saved .. we could all go out for a drink   :\

Well Done indeed to all those who have seen the light and kicked the habit .. it's not easy is it.   Keep it going, be strong whenever tempted and you'll be better off in all respects.

Started in my late twenties for no apparent reason then stopped as soon as my first born came along, she's now 7 :) Best thing I ever did. It's how much a packet now? £7+ ?

Well done you.
And all the other too

I gave up when deciding to start a family and my daughter is now 22, alas she smokes and so does my 19 year old son. My 17 year old say's he doesn't but all his friends do so he stinks too.

Make sure you reward yourself,

I made a decision to not drink for 3 months yesterday,if i do it ill buy myself some shiny down pipes for the fazer
As thats equal to the money ill save, even at supermarket prices.
Easiest way to go fast........don't buy a blue bike

I know - scary stuff!!!
I mostly bought rolling tobacco - but it all adds up. Funny how I've always got spare change in my purse these days and a much healthier bank balance. Soon I'll have enough to start looking for a new bike  :lol :lol

The downside to giving up smoking.

I think I'll grind it up and bake a cake!  :lol
