very sweet, did you do yourself or pay someone? once you done the wheels it will look even better again,as you said there never finnished as always something to do! you could take spring off and get painted/coated as and when you get the chance

bodywork from / by chitsu?

i always think that the hugger needs to be colour coded and my usual comment on the black frame / engine bikes is that the silver frame covers and footrest hangers look (to me) out of place in silver, a trip to the powder coaters would be happening if it were mine.

it's easy to sit and type comments like the above. your bike and bodywork look great!

I do like that, very smart, i am planning a winter repaint, not sure who is doing it yet.
How are the Yamaha badges fixed to the tank?

Looks great, i've always liked the Kenny Roberts colours ever since doing them on my RD350B back in the 70's.

+1 on the silver hangers/covers I'm gathering some bits so I can repowder coat mine and still use the bike. Wish a spray job was on the cards but just not sure I can justify the cost yet.
But this design but with diff colours is what I want. Black main bike with pink blocks and green outline.
With the blocks carried over to the belly pan to. Maybe wheels in 80s pink/green to. LOL

Overall looks good in.pictures hope its as good in the flesh

Ace paint job mate, I usually don't like yellow, especially on cars but this is nice,

I seen a similar paint job on an rd350 in a magazine, looked really cool, not sure if it's a specific bike scheme though, certainly works on the fazer,  fazers def retro bikes and retro is the shizny!

Car drivers still won't spot you though!

Looks good. However, Yamaha speed blocks always slope backwards I think, but that doesn't detract from a nice job, I like that variety of yellow, it's the same as the old RD400, it's a yellow that looks like it is over a black primer, if you see what I  mean, rather than the ghastly 'margarine tub' yellow that some settle for.
