why wont it start
« on: 12 May 2012, 03:07:19 pm »
Im having issues with my Frazer 1000, the battery has gone dead after recently trying to start it, bought a new battery, charged, and put this on the bike and it has now no functions that work, i.e no instrument lights, noise, nothing!
Can anyone shed any light on this matter, would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers rob :'(

I know you state the "new" battery is charged, but what voltage do you get if you put a test meter on it? What charger did you use - a couple of hours with a fast charger, or a trickle charger on all day?
